Moscow and St Petersburg - A tale of two cities

In this richly illustrated lecture, you will experience the contrasting cities of Moscow - the Russian capital with its impressive and world-famous landmarks like St Basil's, the Kremlin and Red Square, and St Petersburg - the artfully-planned statement city of "European" sophistication.

Formerly Leningrad (for most of the 20th century), St Petersburg is a celebration of art and architecture, reflected in the world famous grandeur of the Hermitage and the Peterhof.
