FACILITIES

- The gardens provide many opportunities for that special outdoor event by the pool or in a sheltered, intimate corner.
- You can erect a marquee in the spacious park near the homestead of a reception/function..
- For something different, or in the event of inclement weather, the shearing shed can easily cater for 120 people in a large open plan, weatherproof area.
- The Shearers' Quarters can accommodate up to 28 and is ideal for a small conference/seminar using the large dining room as a venue.
- The homestead itself is not available for functions.
- Catering can be organised through a local caterer.

FEE STRUCTURE
|
- Use of park for function in a marquee (including one day for setup and one day for removal): $900.
- Shearing Shed: $250 per day.
- Use of the gardens and a dressing room for wedding ceremony (2hrs): $300.
- Shearer’s Quarters (including accommodation); $550/day.

ACCOMMODATION
|
A range of accommodation facilities is available on the property.
- Two cottages, one sleeps up to six, the other eight
- The Shearers Quarters sleeps up to 28;
- Campers are welcome if larger numbers are attending.
