Silver Birch is situated in Ballarat’s historic Soldiers’ Hill, a short distance from the city centre. The apartment, which is part of a beautiful 1912, Edwardian home, is set in a delightful cottage garden. It consists of a queen size room with lounge suite and dining table, a second bedroom, through the kitchenette, has two single antique beds, heater and TV. Large ensuite with double shower and claw-foot bath. Full breakfast provisions. Cosy gas fire, chocolates, magazines.
