A variety of fabulous restaurants, antique, craft, concept shops and galleries are located in our nearby villages. The Dandenongs are renowned for their magnificent gardens and national parks. Icons like Puffing Billy Train, The Thousand Steps, Observatory Lookout and William Ricketts Sanctuary are a very sort drive. The Yarra Valley wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, hot air ballooning, a train trip to Melbourne or a day trip to the Mornington Peninsula make a wonderful excursion – you can choose to be as lazy or adventurous as you like. It is hard to imagine that this wonderland of magical rain forest is less than an hour east of Melbourne.
