Set on a one-and-a-quarter acre block, the extensively restored and renovated Little River Bed & Breakfast is located approximately mid way between Melbourne and Geelong, just off the Princes Freeway. Surrounded by fields, rivers and the picturesque You Yangs mountain range, the Little River Bed & Breakfast provides quick and easy access to Avalon airport, Geelong and Melbourne.

Built in the 1870’s it was operational as a pub until the 1970’s. It is the last one (out of 5) still standing. Its varied history includes being used as a set in the original Mad Max movie and, the set for the 2007 Make Poverty History advertising campaign.

Guests of the Little River Bed & Breakfast enjoy luxury heritage accommodation with open wood fire heating for cosiness on winter nights, colour television and breakfast included. Property facilities include a car park and kitchen, and the local hotel is also situated next door for meals. There is a large entertainment / guest lounge for visitors to relax in.
