Heritage Awards 2012

Heritage Awards 2012

As part of the Heritage Festival the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) celebrates community participation in the conservation of heritage places around the State through our Heritage Awards Program. The purpose of the awards is to recognise and promote excellence in heritage conservation and works and to promote community awareness of our heritage.

In partnership with local government, the National Trust Heritage Awards Program recognises those in our community who have demonstrated excellence in retention, restoration and reuse of our heritage places. Our heritage includes buildings, gardens and objects, public and private places.

In 2012 we are pleased to be partnering with the City of Ballarat, Bass Coast Shire, City of Greater Bendigo, City of Greater Geelong, Mornington Peninsula Shire, Mount Alexander Shire and Indigo Shire Councils.
